A underwater volcano that erupted 7300 years ago off the coast of Japan on Kyushu Island can be activated again.
Scientists have discovered evidence of a giant lava dome in the crumbling division of Kika's magma.
They believe that space contains 32 cubic miles [32 cubic km] of magma, while the cracks on the surface indicate that the dome is growing. The lava cup is currently 6.2 miles wide and 600 meters long.
Scientists say that an explosion of the supervolcan can occur unexpectedly, and if it happens, it can kill 100 million people and cause a volcanic <x0diver”
