Former worker asks KEK for 30,000 euros in compensation, sessions postponed

In this case, Avni Islami has indicted the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK), demanding 30,000 euros in compensation for the damage, which he claims was caused after the injury he had suffered at his KEK job.
Judge Saranda Bogay-Sheremti has declared there is no evidence that the parties have accepted the invitation regularly.
As a result, the parties will again be invited through regular invitations.
Avni Islami requires KEK, compensation of damage worth over 30,000 euros.
According to the indictment, this damage is due to the accident the plaintiff had suffered on October 14, 2014, while he was working on the indictee.
In this case, the plaintiff while he was performing his duties, as a mechanical steward, who reportedly has been hit by a powerful tool in which things have been handled, in which case he has suffered serious bodily injuries.
Due to these injuries, the plaintiff had stayed at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo from October 14th 2014 to October 21st that year.
