At today's Kosovo Assembly session, that was my scheduled word:

Honored MP on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo I present the draft law on ratification of the State Border Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro, signed in Vienna on 26 August 2015.

This Law has four mothers and it also contains:

Official documentation of the State Commission for the State Border Note between the Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro and,

• The joint declaration of the president of the Republic of Kosovo, U.S.A. Hashim Thaci and Montenegro's president, St.T.Z. Philip Vujanovic of the 1602.2018

Honored MPs, I invite you to vote on this bill because Kosovo

or apply right in territory and integrity

You apply your right to freedom of movement and end isolation by benefiting the liberalisation of visas from the European Union
