The Witness relates how electric power meters were illegally approved

In the trial for the “Cohler” type of witness quality, Sefer Avdij was heard.

“The head of agency has decided to suspend two types, the company “Federal” has filed complaints about these two suspensions. For AL-TF.04-1, we found that it was a reasonable suspension. And at point two, we didn't see a reason why the dispatcher A was made. EL-TF.04, if it's about a license issue, he's self-suspected, but we haven't seen any reason and no document on what to do with the funding of this account” said the witness.

In terms of suspension of type A star EL-TF.04-1 witness said the commission had found out that the decision by Metrology Agency director Blerim Sokoli was correct.

After reviewing the complaint, we found that the Agency ruled out two types of dignitaries and we have found that the AEL-TF.04-1-type suspension for us as the commission was okay because under the test that was done at the Institute of Metrology in the Netherlands this rating had failed at three points” he said.

In the file that they had considered as the witness commission, the witness panel said that in connection with the AEL-TF.04-1 unit they were presented documents from other units and not specifically for the type AEL-TF.04-1, so on the basis of this commission it had concluded that the Metrology Agency had approved this type of headship by other measures.

About the character A. EL-TF.04-1 witness said even the Institute of Metrology in the Netherlands had found it had some problems.

Avni Alidemaj's defender, lawyer Besnik Berisha, later asked the witness whether on the basis of the commission's decision it has been found that the decision of the late man Blerim Sokoli had been right.

I understand you've handled a complaint against the late Metrology Director Blerim Sokoli's decision. Your conclusion was that it was legal, right?

For one major, it was fair and legal, but for the other it wasn't. Legal was for AEL-TF.04-1 while illegal or unreasonable was for AEL-TF.04”, the witness answered.

Lawyer Berisha also asked him about the commission's decision, which had decided to suspend type A rating EL-TF.04, asking him to know if it was the same thing that the late man Blerim Sokoli, who in his decision had decided to suspend this rating.

Regarding the witness director's decision, the decision said it is not the same as suspension.

The Act against Vjollca Ajvazi, Drita Hamit and Avni Alidemaj was founded by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor on October 6, 2015.

In this trial, the former director of the Kosovo Metrology Agency at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, now the late Blerim Sokoli, has been charged with co-operation and exploiting the official task, enabling the parties of the interest KEDS and those “Khler” to benefit illegally.

According to the indictment, since two Metrology officials Vjolca Ajvazi and Drita Hamiti have examined the documentation for the adoption of permission of the manufacturer's kind of digital electrical exchanger “Cohler”, Sokoli has agreed to illegally licensed licensed the digital electrical rating “AEL. TF.04-1” of the firm “Cohler” from Turkey.

Vjollca Ajvazi is accused of illegally recommending Sokoli allowing this type of designer, while Drita Hamiti is charged with helping Ajvaz with this recommendation.
