Wessel: Serbia accept reality that Kosovo is state

Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini declared today that Kosovo will be a member of the EU and that citizens must move freely towards the countries of the European Union.

We will fulfill all obligations that are on our way to the EU. We will carry out the obligation and empowering our citizenship, besides ratifying the border agreement now with Montenegro, we expect to go further and quickly with the Republic of Serbia to carry out the border issue and at the same time the Republic of Serbia will accept reality .

He made these comments on the closure case for “The twinning project in support of the Kosovo Assembly” by the EU Office in Kosovo in co-operation with the Kosovo Assembly.

Wessel has thanked the European Union for making this project possible through which the Kosovo Assembly has benefited greatly and made positive and faster steps on the road to the EU.

The “Assembly has the most professional administration in the region. This project is now being completed, and we are again starting a project with the Hungarian state we will build the Olympic Stadium in Drenas. We have a lot of projects”, he said.
