Four VV activists before Court of Appeals on this date

Three months after Pristina's condemnation of the Constitutional Court against VV deputy Frasher Krasniqi, as well as three activists, Adea Batusha, Atfi and Egzon Haliti, has set 22 February on the day the sides' complaints are considered.
The news about Periscop has revealed the spokesperson for the Court of Appeals, Arber Jashar.
“The college session regarding the VV activists (PAKR-15/2018) will be held in 22.02.2017”, Jashar said.
By contrast, in November last year the Constitutional Court in Pristina in its act had convicted Vetevendosje MP Frasher Krasniqi, as well as three other activists of this party, Father and Arifi, Adea Batusha and Egzon Haliti, of the attack on the Kosovo Assembly.
The four VV activists have been sentenced to a total of 21 years in prison from the first instance.
MP Frasher Krasniqi was sentenced to eight years in prison, activist Atthe Arifi to six years, Egzon Haliti to five years and six months, and activist Adea Batusha was sentenced to two years in prison. /Periscopi/
