A truck has entered the crowd in Shanghai, leaving at least 18 people injured, reports the BBC.
Of these 18 injured three are in danger of life.
The event took place about 9: 00 p.m. local time, at “the head of the people”, the moment he's in charge of visitors.
The truck broke out in flames right after the crash, as witnesses say he had loaded gas canisters.
Local police are investigating the incident to find out the causes.
