Tourists in front of German Embassy, no demarcation ratified in the Assembly

Periscope has provided a photograph in front of the German Embassy in Kosovo, where it sees a large mass of people waiting to secure a travel visa outside Kosovo.

Foreign diplomats are constantly repeating their stance that Kosovo can gain visa liberalisation only after ratification of the demarcation.

But because the Serbian List is not in the Parliament, ratification is being postponed, although the session should begin at 11:00.
