The end of combat operations against the Islamic State, Iraq and the (ISIL) lens does not mean that the United States and its allies have achieved a defeat against the militant group, Tillerson said, reports “Hurriyet”, Periscopi broadcast.
Speaking at a meeting in Kuwait of the global coalition against I SIL, he also added that Washington has decided to provide an additional $200m in aid to stabilise the liberated areas in Syria./Periscopi/
