On the other hand, the defendant's defender, lawyer Durim Osmani, had stated that the indictment device, in terms of criminal activity “misusing office or official authority”, had not been verified, with what request his client be released from the prosecution.
According to the indictment, Hamdi Trèza, as an official in the civil staff of the Kosovo Police Directorate of Logistics, in order for his brother Arton Trpezza to give his driver's license exam for the “B” category, not being subjected to the test at all, had threatened through an SMS, Kasim Hodge, an instructor at the “Anita” in Pristina.
