Thaci has said this is a special moment, now on the 10th anniversary of the state independence.
While Olympic Committee Chairman Besim Hasani has thanked the president for granting the flag, saying it would be motivation for skier Albin Tahiri, Periscopi broadcasts.
He also handed Thaci a yellow jacket as a sign of the delegation.
The Olympic team will represent the Republic of Kosovo at the <x0->PyeongChang-1818x1> Winter Olympics, which will be held in South Korea.
In these games Kosovo will be represented by skier Albin Tahiri. /Periscopi/
