The chairman of the Association of Witness Familys, Xhavit Jashari, has expressed disappointment with the withdrawal of state leaders from the initiative to abolish the Special Court.
In this interview given to the newspaper “The new era”, Jashari, has called on Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj to proceed to the Parliament to abolish the Law for the Special Court, then Chief Prime Minister Kadri Wessel to push the process forward.
He has confirmed that if the Special returns to the Assembly, MPs will vote for its abolition.
Jashari has said state leaders must defend national interest by giving the merity country to the KLA war.
