Sick Azem Syla, again postponed trial hearing

After an hour-long pause, Elhame Uka has not again appeared in court, arguing that she is conducting a medical examination.

Prosecutor EULEX demanded that the court lead its arrest and its forced behaviour in court, as according to him, these are excessive.

But her lawyer, Rhesa Zeneli, said the arrest of the accused is not necessary, as she will appear in court with the audit under way.

Uka's co-ordinator, also charged in the same case, said his wife will appear in court in a few minutes.

However, the court has postponed the trial for February 13th, as even the defence of Azem Syles demanded a break that the former deputate of PDK has some medicine to drink.

The court also said that Elhame Uka should present evidence to the court for medical control, or else she will be ordered to arrest her unless a present absence is justified.

There was no such thing as the accused Noah Uka.

The court has singled out the procedure against him, having accepted the letter of his serious health condition that he is unable to come to court.

In the case of Earth in which Azem Syla and 21 others are charged, 2 of the accused are on the run.
