The situation in northern Kosovo is generally described as fragile, with a number of reported incidents, while Ivanovic's murder is named as one that has been able to produce far larger consequences than just in the north.
In the realm of dialogue with Kosovo and Serbia, some actions by the two states are welcomed towards implementing the agreements reached so far, as well as the launch of domestic dialogue in Serbia on the issue, but the lack of any idea for the timeline of functioning of the Serb majority communities is stressed.
The report also cites the condemnation of activists of the Vetevendosje Movement for the attack on the Kosovo Assembly, the continuation of Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj's judgment, as well as most of the key events in Kosovo justice.
