Today, the trial has been held against Sami Lushtak, Sahit Jashar, Ismet Haxha, who are accused of escaping 2014 from the CKUK when they refused to move if the Para-burging Centre in northern Mitrovica.
In this case, another 21 persons -- Kosovo Correcting Service leaders and several guards -- announce the Kosovo Clan.
None of the accused have been missed at this session.
While parties' objections to the indictment and the prosecutor's answers to them have been agreed, the court's chairman has said that with a special ruling on all these objections will be made.
That's how the second review in this criminal case is closed.
