Delawie through a post in his Twitter account has said that now is the time for MPs to ratify the agreement on this issue.
“Positive news from Kosovo and Montenegro leaders, but now is the time for action, and Parliament must ratify the agreement, showing its citizens that the government is working for their future”, Ambassador Delawie wrote.
