Pristina municipality has an announcement concerning terms at KKMF

The Directorate of Health and Social Management in the Pristina municipality from January of this year has launched a pilot project for the appointment of terms for controlling visits to the Family Medicine Centre.

This is being done in order to facilitate the approach of citizens to health services, as well as to have sufficient time to examine each patient.

According to the communiqué, this pilot-project is for controlling (the next call, after the first visit), as well as for patients who want to avoid waiting line, broadcast Indescsonline.

The “is currently testing in a limited number of agencies within the QMFs, and will last until April. Finally, we will receive recommendations from the working group, as well as citizens' complaints and suggestions, and we will start with awareness campaigns from May, so that citizens will be informed about the procedures.
