Prison convict for corruption, becomes director of the Ministry of Infrastructure (Dok)

Metro has secured the decision of the Ministry of Infrastructure, which was protocol last October 20th of the year, with which the decision -- the man who was sentenced to prison -- becomes director.
This decision proves to be contrary to the Civil Service Law, which in Article 63 clearly says that an official sentenced by authorities should be dismissed.

Meanwhile, no one from the Ministry is answering. Contacted by Metro newspaper, Minister Lekaj and senior MI officials have not opened the phone. The only contact was Saranda Yusuf from the Bureau for Information, who said I was strangely aware that the decision was made several months ago.

The senior official to become director, Nexhat Krasniqi, was suspended with the establishment of the indictment. He was then first sentenced to the first degree in 26 months in prison in September 2015. Three other officials had been sentenced to him. The Court of Appeals had acquitted three other officials, meanwhile Krasniqi had reduced the sentence to a year and a half on bail. Krasniqi's sentence had also been made by the Supreme One, with whom Krasniqi again had not been reconciled.
The senior official who was later named the tender father had also complained at the Constitutional Court for partial prejudice. The Constitution in March 2017 had rejected his complaint as unacceptable.
Nexhat Krasniqi was charged with misuse of office, bribery and access to the signing of harmful contracts.
