President Thaci decorates former UNMIK chief Bernard Kouchner

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has decorated it with the Jubilare Presidency Medal former UNMIK chief Bernard Kouchner, as he says, for his contribution to the posthumous period of Kosovo statehood.

Thaci, reports that Kouchner has agreed that the construction was successful, writes Periscopi.

“With former French diplomacy chief and former UNMIK chief Bernard Kouchner we remembered the post-war and statehood period in Kosovo. With many sacrifices, we built institutions on the ruins of war, created preconditions for recovery, and managed the security situation. Today, 19 years later, we agreed that the construction was successful until the future must be built on the basis of past successes. For this contribution, my friend and Kosovo Bernard Kouchner was awarded the Yubilare Presidential Medal of the 10th anniversary of independence”, Thaci wrote. /Periscopi/
