President doesn't forgive any prisoners for the 10th anniversary of Independence

They had to have good behavior during their stay in prison and not break prison rules.
But, this year when the 10th anniversary of Kosovo's independence is also marked, President Hashim Thaci will not forgive any prisoners.
Officials from the presidency office have told Indexline that the presidency no longer forgives prisoners.
“No longer forgiven prisoners”, the Presidency for Indexline said briefly.
Meanwhile, last year the president had decided that all remaining sentences would be pardoned to four persons, while eight others would be partially handed over.
Prisoners in Kosovo have mostly pardoned Jakup Krasniqi, who, 2011, found him in the post of taskman after his predecessor, Fatmir Sejdiu, had resigned from the post after the Constitutional Court had concluded that it violated the Constitution by holding the post of LDK chairman.
Krasniqi had pardoned freedom for 103 people convicted. Much less than Krasniqi in 2010. During this year he had forgiven only 62 convicts.
While the heart was tied to the matter, former President Atifete Jahjaga, who had not pardoned a prisoner in 2015 and 2016.
President Atifete Jahjaga in 2014 had pardoned the prison sentence, with her decision being forgiven only 2 out of 515 as they had requested.
