Serbian journalist Stefan Tsvetkovic, during a media conference organised by the Association of Journalists in Serbia on the topic of what is the cost of liquidation in northern Kosovo?
Tsvetkovic has claimed to know who killed Ivanoviqi.
He has on this occasion presented three photographs, according to him, suspects in the murder, a policeman dressed in the uniform of the Kosovo Police and a third person talking on the phone at the scene.
As for the latter two, it says they may be linked to Ivanovic's murder, on the morning of January 16th.
Among other things, the journalist in question has stated that 400,000 euros have been allocated for Ivanovic's murder.
Journalist Tsvetkovic has even said that during their research they had provided access to the cameras of private citizens in this area.
In all of this, Indexline has contacted the police spokesman in northern Mitrovica, Besim Hoti, who has declared that they are informed about all the Serbian journalist's points but that no one has yet been arrested for Ivanovic's murder.
No one has been arrested yet. Investigations are under way with intensity, and any possible claim will be part of the investigation by the Workers Group. Normally, we have also seen the report of the Serbian journalist, including members of the Kosovo Police who have been on the scene. They were on the scene, they were on the scene. They're from Kosovo's investigative sector and certainly there they have met instead of the event after they've made the country's view of the event together with Police Unit”, Hoti has said.
According to him, all claims will be part of the investigation.
All claims of course we will investigate. We're going to look at the possibilities, but we've appealed from all citizens that any information they have to address to the Kosovo Police and whatever is spoken of will be part of the” investigation, Hoti for Indexline has concluded.
Ivanovic was killed with firearms the morning of January 16th, near his party's headquarters in northern Mitrovica. Kosovo police during the ongoing investigation have managed to find the car allegedly belongs to suspects who killed him, but which currently no person has been identified as a suspect. /Indesksonline/
