Although according to the agenda the commission had to discuss the legislative initiative for the Bill for the Memorial complex “Adem Jashari” in Prekaz, it was said this point was incorrect in the agenda.
The state of the Jasharaite Towers is not good and urgent intervention and responsibility is required by the members of this commission.
While last week the commission had approved the initiative for proceeding of the Bill for the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” in Government.
VV deputy Lieburn Aliu said he expects more procedures to be completed soon.
LDK MP Besa Gageri has requested auditing the finance of the Agency for Protection of Cultural Heritage Monuments.
This bill has not been adopted in the past legislature due to elections. He is expected to again submit to procedures.
The Assembly in March last year had approved the Bill on Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” first reading. 56 MPs have voted for, none against, and 5 have abstained for this bill.
