Road Police experts have concluded that the driver of the type “Toyota Corolla”, Halil Coca, was travelling at speeds of 130 km an hour, when the allowed limit was 90km.
According to witnesses, Edlera Pisk defended her body from the accident, her 8 - year - old son, writes Abc News.
The minor is located at the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, and according to doctors, it is at risk for life.
The head tried to deceive the police, asking the passenger traveling with him, Ilda Parrot, to take the blame, as if it were heading towards the vehicle.
