Mogher's reaction comes after Kosovo-Montenegro's declaration of demarcation

European Union High Representative Federica Moghrini has called Belgrade and Pristina's readiness to continue dialogue positive. She is optimistic that results in dialogue are expected to be achieved by the end of 2019. She has welcomed the news of the Kosovo border agreement- Montenegro.
