The defendant's request was written before the court. After that, the Court has announced that the court process is postponed until they decide around them.
Sami Lushtaku, along with his son Mergim, and 22 others face justice over charges connected with his escape and both men from KKUK three years ago.
The former head of Skyright, along with accused Sahit Jashar of Ismet Haja in the case of “Drenica 1”, had refused to be transferred to the northern Mitrovica prison while in custody.
After several-day negotiations with EULEX, they were back in Dubrava Prison.
