The head of the LDK parliamentary group, Avdullah Hoti, has filed a motion not to vote the board of members of the State Council of Quality, without reporting the Education Minister, Bytyci, concerning the former debt's dismissal.
Hoti said the education minister has violated the Law for Higher Education, dismissing the board of the State Council of Quality. According to him, the law says that if more than a third of the board members are replaced for any reason, the minister should report and that did not happen.
“Interfer statements outside the agenda MP Bulnjak raised the issue of the minister's non-law decision to sack the quality council board. I think the situation is clear that Article 7th and 5th of the Law on Higher Education that you predict that if more than 1/3 of the board members were changed for any reason within a year then the minister should report the Parliament, this has not happened. Therefore, we cannot proceed with point 12 to elect the board of this council before the minister reports in the Assembly for reasons for dismissal. Therefore, we demand that point 12 be removed from the agenda of today's”, Hoti said.
Headman Xhavit Halit has been put to the polls but was not voted for lack of quorum. Haliti continued with other agenda points, but Hoti rejected him, saying he could not proceed without the motion being voted.
Until Haliti promised the motion would be voted in the moment 61 MPs are in the hall, the LDK issues the hall with the reason it is violating the Parliament's regulation.
