Turkey considers Kurdish fighters across its border in Africa as terrorists and has launched major offensive against them last month.
For now, Africa has no military presence in Syria.
Badran Jia Kurd, senior Kurdish official, told Reuters agency that government soldiers can enter Africa within days.
The supposed deal was also reported by the Kurdish media group Rudaw.
