Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli and Japan's deputy foreign affairs minister, Manabu Hori, signed co-operation agreements between the two states today.
The agreement, which was signed in Pristina and where the Health Minister, Ura Ismaili was present, is aimed at granting Japan's state grant to the Kosovo Health Ministry, which is estimated to be important in this sector.
Japan has been a major supporter of Kosovo, but since declaring independence and establishing diplomatic relations they have deepened and expanded bilateral and multilateral co-operation in many areas.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli has today met many other global delegations, who had come to Pristina on the 10th anniversary of Kosovo's declaration of independence.
