Kadri Wessel makes a ridiculous mistake at the start of the solemn session

Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Wessel has made a ridiculous mistake in the first sentence of the solemn session in honour of the 10th anniversary of Kosovo's independence. It's not the first time the Prime Minister Wessel made mistakes during the hearing leadership.

In his opening speech, he first greeted his special guests, but when his turn came to Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama. Wessel addressed: Honored Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo Edi Rama.

Of course, laughter broke out in the hall. And Wessel said he'd try to mention everyone with mistakes and no mistakes.
