Testing jurisdiction is the fundamental prerequisite for exercising the profession of the judge, the prosecutor or the lawyer and the most important step towards building a professional career of a lawyer. Professionally prepared cadres will join the judiciary, prosecution, attorney and free legal professions to help Kosovo build and strengthen institutional capacities, but also the establishment and consolidation of literal law and professional culture in accordance with higher international standards. That's why I'm committed to establishing quality in organising the jurisdictional exam, and therefore, I've followed Government's proposal for the formation of the Commission, which this time, in its composition, has the most dominant figures of the justice system in Kosovo. The adoption of the proposal for forming the Commission now remains to be voted out by the deputies of the Republic of Kosovo Assembly, who also publicly invite them to support the proposed composition and professional credibility that characterizes each proposed member. I strongly believe that without wasting time, we will be able to organise the jurisdictional exam for all who want to contribute to further transformation of the justice system and to direct support the consolidation of the Law State.
