Dear President,
On behalf of the citizens of Montenegro, and in my personal name, the Yua sent heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday, February 17th, Independence Day of the Republic of Kosovo, with the best wishes for Kosovo's continued progress and the prosperity of its citizens.
Montenegro and Kosovo are an example of neighbourly co-operation in the region, through which we contribute to the stability and prosperous European future of their citizens. I am convinced that we will continue our concerted efforts in this regard.
Honored President, I wish you good health and success in carrying out your high duty. Please accept my highest considerations.
