The Ministry of Commerce has fined the company “Viva Fresh”, in Pristina, after the Market Inspectorate has found that two products in this market have had other prices on shelves and others on the crate.
The purchase at “Vivat Fresh”, exactly at the selling point on the “Ahmet Krasniqi” in Pristina, has turned out to be a fraud for consumers who on the shelves of products are exposed another price, but when they go to the ark they pay another price.
Normally the price on the chest is more expensive. And for this, the Market Inspectorate has fined this company, as it has found that the price of certain products has been consumer fraud.
With a thousand euros (11,000), the fine has been condemned to the company “Viva Fresh”. The decision to fine “Viva Fresh” was taken by the Market Inspectorate operating under the Ministry of Commerce, December 26, 2017.

Market inspectors have found that two types of stock products “Veva Fresh”, in Pristina, have had inconsistencies between prices displayed on shelves, with the prices of the same products on the market vault.
This is about two food products: “White cream board” and “Vafer Plasuura”.
“White cream slime” had a price of 0.48 euros on the shelf, but customers were cheated on the cash register when they were forced to pay the price of this product worth 0.55 euros. Consumers have paid 7 cents more than the price presented on the shelf.
For the other product, consumers have paid 0.75 euros. “Vafer Pleasura” even though it had the price of 0.69 euros on the shelf. In the fiscal box consumers have paid six cents more.
“Therefore such an action is contrary to Article 9. Paragraph 3 of Law No. 04/L-121 For the Protection of Consumer 76 points 1.11 and the same law”, says the argument of the Market Inspectorate, which Iseder provided.

This company, it is obliged to pay the amount of 1,000 euros within eight days of its admission.
With fines in many of the 1000.0 euros (a thousand) which the fine is obliged to pay in 8 (eight) terms from the day of the agreement's accession”, the Market Inseder said.
Insander sent questions to “Veva Fresh”, last week on this issue, but the newspaper has not received answers.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Trade and Industry has told Insider that it has so far imposed 19 fines on businesses that have deceived their customers at prices.
The MTI Market Inspector's “is one of the key factors in consumer protection, so the MTI's central inspectors in the past period have imposed 19 fines”, MTI has said of the Insideer.
The ministry did not want to elaborate while saying that “Inspectorate is obliged to store information and information according to the principle of credibility and only when there is serious danger to people's lives and health”.
Insedur last week has reported a similar case to Kosovo businessman Ramiz Kelmendi's company, which is also deputy in the Kosovo Assembly from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo, (LDK).
