According to the Parliament's announcement, the guest will be Minister of European Integration, Gift Hoxha, who is demanding that the EU enlargement strategy, due to be published in February 2018, should determine concrete steps for Kosovo's EU membership, which could be the start of negotiations, as well as a possible date of accession.
