This institution that nearly 10 years has been using closed tender procedure for the workings of hehemodialis. They over the years have awarded the tender for a gift supply to one company, without open procedure, and have never released the announcement of the contract.
“Koha Ditore” even last year has reported that KKUK has received several equipment from private companies for years.

Such procedure was eventually named illegal by the OSHP. This institution considers that the illegal MSH has contracted companies without open procedure.
The Health Ministry will now use open procurement procedures and treat all economic operators equally”, the OSHP decision says.
