“If Serbia wants to be a member, then this country must find with Kosovo the legally binding form of normalisation. The deal should be comprehensive, final and legal”, Hahn said.
Asked whether Serbia should accept independent Kosovo, Hahn said, “means exactly what I said, no less or more than that”.
