But an Institute where Ahmeti himself worked for several years has published some different data.
The GAP Institute has held today the media conference, where it has introduced the electronic platform, which contains all promises given by Kosovo mayors in the recent 2017 local elections.
GAP had collected 35 promises of Ahmeti, which it had given during the election in 2013. According to the findings of this institute, Ahmeti has completely completed only 20 promises, then the promise of public transportation. Half fulfilled is 4, and it's got 11. Which means 15 is incomplete. These data have been upgraded by 19.09. 2017, but the situation has remained unchanged today in all promises.

The worst is in the education sector. In this sector, unfinished promises, according to GAP are: “welcome to every area of capital”, Ahmeti had promised, according to GAP some have opened but not in all areas. Then, the unfulfilled promise is also “The opening of new libraries”, “Each school will have an ambulance or first aid room”, “in any school with more than 800 students will be employed by doctor or nurse”, “Schools with more than 1,000 students will form dentistry ambulances”, “In each nest/school there will be psychologist”.
There is no fulfillment in the whole of promises even in public politics.
“The foundation of the company )Pristina Parking”, according to GAP, is done but is not functional. “The city's parking lot” is another promise not fulfilled. There's a “getting the sidewalks off the” cars.
Promising in the initial phase is “in all buildings will set the degrees for emergency exit”. While, the promise “The selection of staff during working admission in the municipality will be made on the basis of the code rather than the name.
No person will be employed in civil service on the basis of personal or party preferences” has been fulfilled by Ahmeti. This, according to the findings, the first form has been implemented in all cases of proclamation that contests and that during the period of December (2015) June (2016) there have been several reports of employment on the basis of preferences.
These employment are extended to the administration and education system. The increase in the number of people with contracts on the work (contracts for special services) is also considered to have been done in general without regular procedures being followed.
Also, Ahmeti has not fulfilled the promise of “restorative and promotion of cultural, historical and archaeological heritage objects”, or “We will create suitable sports grounds for youth”, etc.
