“at the beginning of the Drenica II trial process, presiding Judge Darius Sillicki referred to defendants as natural among Albanians. He said “if I condemn the defendants I can find work anywhere in the European Union”, it was a letter the former head of the Eurpian Mission's Judicial for the Order and Law in Kosovo EULEX Malcolm Simmos had sent to European Union senior official Kenneth Dean, accusing former Judge Siricki of confronting the defendants and his intent to punish the Drenica II group in order to find work in the European Union.
Simmons' claims that Darius Swellicki condemned the Drenica II group in order to advance it has already been proven.
