Delawi: Retirement for demarcation is also a vote against free movement

US Ambassador Greg Delaway has spoken from the Assembly of Kosovo, from which the abstention on the issue of demarcation has said, is the vote against free movement of citizens.

Delaway has said the demarcation agreement with Montenegro is a fair deal.
