From Sofia he has argued with German Foreign Affairs Minister Sigmar Gabriel, who in Pristina has said Kosovo is a condition for Serbia's membership in the European Union.
Dachchi has even been threatened:
“Absolutely it is counterproductive that some foreign affairs ministers in Belgrade bring arrogant messages that Serbia should recognise Kosovo's independence”, B92 quoted Dacic as saying.
For Serbia, recognition of Kosovo's independence and the situation there are the biggest defence challenge, which, therefore, has many threats of its citizens taken into account the discrimination and violence that members of the Serb community have had in Kosovo since 1999”, Dacic has said
He has reiterated Belgrade's lie that 200 thousand Serbs have been expelled from Kosovo and that only 1.9 per cent of them have returned.
In the end, he has blamed Kosovo's institutions for not respecting the Brussels Accords.
