Caday-Bujupi: I have no vote for demarcation

“There are still individuals within Vetevendosje thinking”, Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Veselin said, following Vetevendosje and Serbian List's firm stance not to vote on the demarcation agreement. With this statement, Wessel hinted that any Vetevendosje deputy could vote on this agreement despite fierce opposition from the party. But, so far, no Vetevendosje MP has claimed to have votes for demarcation.
Periscop has contacted MP Donika Cadaj-Bujupi to get an answer for these Wessel statements.
She strongly rejected the possibility of voting the demarcation. On the contrary, he said he is making efforts to convince even those MPs who would vote not to.
Caday-Bujupi said there has been no doubt that current power will vote on this agreement even though it once opposed it.
I have had no doubt that this ruling political class will not behave as it did. But I feel very good to have been part of opposition deputies who have opposed demarcation with Montenegro”, she told Periscope.
She estimated the mistake with Montenegro will have domino effect, warning problems even with Serbia in the future
“Gabim with Montenegro, unfortunately, will have an effect with Serbia in the future. My vote will also be against Wednesday. But not only that, I will be fully committed to persuade other MPs not to vote on this betrayal”, she said.
The demarcation cannot be passed Wednesday, despite the reconciliation between the AAK and LDK. The votes of the Serbian or Vetevendosje List are also needed to pass the agreement.
Periscop has also tried to contact the two Albanian MEPs of Faton Topalli, but both have been inexorable over the phone.. /Periscopi/
