Albanian imam rejected Swiss visa, which is why

The request to obtain the Swiss passport -- for itself, his wife and two children -- Macedonia's renowned imam Bekim Alimi had made it on June 2, 2015, at the Council for Naturalisation Secretariat. The Council in question had approved the entire family's request for naturalisation at the level of the municipality and settlement.
But against such approval, a complaint had been filed on July 11, 2016.
The person who had filed the complaint had written that the naturalization of Alim without becoming the complete clarification of his account posed a danger to security, given his position and role as an influential personality.
After the complaint only touched Alim personally, the demand of the wife and children had been especially worked out, so they had won Swiss passports on August 22, 2017.
Remember: The imam of the Wil mosque, Bekim Alimi, is a popular personality for the opinion not only of Wil City but even broader. He had represented Swiss Muslims at the solemnity of the opening of Gotthard's tunnel in June 2016, writes albinfo.ch. But in the background of this participation, various criticisms were directed toward him. Thus, Ticino Cantonal MP from the FDP, Fabio Schnelman, had accused imam of maintaining contact with radical circles.
He, in the newspaper “Schweiz am Wuchennde” had claimed Bekim Alimi kept in touch with suspicious persons from radical sausage circles. A video in which Alimi was seen near Kosovo's controversial imam Shefqet Krasniqi, who was imprisoned as suspected of Islamic extremism, had emerged. Schnelman had also said that Alim is in contact with I SZR (The Central Islamic Council of Switzerland) conveys albinfo.ch. Witnessing this with a photograph where Albanian imam looked near the chairman of I SZR, Nicholas Blanco.
However, as reported in the Council for Naturalisation's motion to the city parliament, the proposals made by Alimi, as well as those by the Cantonal Police, by NBD (S Switzerland Information Service), and the State Secretariat for Migration show there is no basis for Macedonia's national not to be naturalised. Thus, this council had decided on 12 curtains that Alim would be approved at the level of the municipality and residence demand for naturalisation, since there were no grounds that would justify rejecting naturalization.
The complainer, however, was not withdrawn. For this reason, Will City Parlanent must decide on this motion, so MPs will be declared in terms of Alim's naturalisation requirement and parliament will finally decide
Meanwhile, Bekim Aemi is considered moderate. He was protected against charges made. Photos where he is seen with Krasniqi were taken years ago with the case of a manifestation in Kosovo, where there was a lot of emacim present, broadcasts albinfo.ch.
I met him, it's true. But that doesn't mean I'm radical”, Alim said about “Schweiz am Romania”.
The picture with Nicholas Blancon was taken in the same activity in 2011. The fact that he is in a common picture with him does not mean that he shares his thoughts with him. He has no contact with Blanco.
