This neglect according to the Association has directly influenced the non-developing of municipalities and lack of foreign investments, writes “Koha Ditore” today.
The association had asked since 2015 to change the law in question in order to include the demands of municipalities, however, although it was meant to be done in the past year, this has not happened.
The AKK executive director, Sahan Ibrahimi, has told the newspaper that all organisations have long made their comments, but it is the neglect of the ministry that did not send this bill to Government earlier.
According to him, this law has enormous significance for local economic development and the lure of foreign investors and that the reason why they have sought its change and the adoption of the new law is the cause of procedures, as it has said, bureaucratics that are envisioned in the current law.
