Abdalaqim Ademi, senior DUI official

Last night about midnight as a consequence of a serious illness, Abdilahim Ademi, DUI secretary general, passed away.

Ademi has held important state and party positions, such as Deputy Prime Minister for the implementation of the Ohrid Agreement and Minister of Environment and Education. Recently, he was far from the political scene because of treatment with medical therapy.

Abdilaqim Ademi, born on December 20, 1969 in the village of Shemsovo in Tetovo. University studies were started at the Faculty of Xhehetaria and Metallurgy, the Metallurgy direction, in the mining city of Mitrovica, where it had ended two years and because of violent Serbian measures at Pristina University, studies had been forced to continue at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, where it graduated in July 1996.

Adam was a deputy. Prime Minister for the implementation of the Ohrid Agreement in Macedonia Government since 2008, Minister of Environment and Space Planning July 28th 2011 to June 20, 2014, and Minister of Education and Science from June 20, 2014 to January 16, 2016.

The funeral ceremony will take place today, on February 16, after Friday's Friday Friday prayer, at the Semshave Village cemetery.
