As KTV learns, Bilal Sheriff and Ahmet Isufi have had separate attitudes about what is expected to happen Sunday with the adoption of the demarcation.
Sheriff of NISMA has said that the constitution must go only to the Bill of Law, and that the President's Declaration is not for a vote, or even for discussion in the Assembly.
But Ahmet Isufi has said they refuse to go only the draft law and that additional annexes, for which Podgorica and Pristina have agreed, must be introduced.
Such a thing, in some way, was mentioned by LDK chief of deputies Avdullah Hoti.
“As I have heard from the country's president, today's statement is of goodwill to help the state of Kosovo ratify the agreement in this case. It seems there is dilemma within the ruling coalition whether this declaration will become part of the deal or not, Hoti has said.
