Vuciq also continued with the old Avaz, saying the agreement with Kosovo is not near, not because of Serbia's behaviour, but because Albanians are not prepared for it, N1 reports.
While asked about Russia and the United States, the Serbian president changed his mind, saying no agreement can come without the consent of these two states.
“We respect them (Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin) and the EU but know that an agreement with Albanians is not near.”, Vuciq said.
