Peace in Official Attitude for Dialogue

State mechanisms have been put in service to prepare the ground for the final phase of dialogue with Serbia. But there has been a lack of clarity as to what the official state version of President Thaci will be that does not rule out change of borders, or the Government and State delegation that has warned of involvement in preservation [...]
But there has been a lack of clarity over what the official state version of President Thaci will be, on the basis of which Kosovo declared independence on February 17th, is not exempting the change of borders, or of the Government and the state delegation, which has warned to commit to preserving borders. Even the government's comprehensive document is in contradiction with the president's positions.
At the first meeting, the state delegation has made a decision that by January 15th to prosecute the Government's draft law on dialogue with Serbia. Its five members are mandated to work on the platform, which includes principles in dialogue, which the main one is mutual recognition.
Shpend Ahmeti, who is co-chairman, has spoken about the report between the delegation and other institutions, including the president. Their primary task has said to be to process draft law
