“Under the conflict in Kosovo, caused by Serbia's shares, the United States of America will be ready with its army to act against such aggression”. So it was said in the letter President George Bush had sent to Slobodan Milosevic on December 25th 1992, the NY Times wrote, Periscopi follows.
