The extraordinary session, called by the LDK and LVV, has started, in which a large part of Kosovo's Parliament deputies are missing from office.
On behalf of the proposers, the LDK and VV, the opposition proposal has been presented by LDK Parliamentary Group chief Avdullah Hoti.
It has counted a series of government failures, saying how the opposition proposes adopting a resolution on the side of which political forces agree on going to the polls.
