Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has blamed European diplomacy chief Federica Moghrini for failing to dialogue with Serbia, saying the actual process has come out of track.
He, after the Kosovo Government meeting, has shown that his pressure on Mogher at yesterday's meeting in Brussels has been sincere.
Haradinaj ordered the chief of European diplomacy to turn dialogue on track, as the current process has clinically killed” since March.
Mrs. Moghrin is never too late to turn the frame into what you're talking about. So, you didn't talk about the status of Kosovo there, nor about Kosovo territories, land and borders, but about normalising the two countries. She could say any time I invite you, but in these frames we are, that's what it really was, but it's out on the other ground and it has to turn into. If you do, it's very good, because we buy time, so we go back to a normal dialogue, then if we delay our expectations will come to a future senior representative”, he said.
Haradinaj has said Moghrin has jeopardised EU investment in the Balkans. He has had two requests to the European Union on this occasion.
“Today for the EU we have two requests. Both are also very legitimate. The normalisation of the dialogue -- that is, to become dialogue in a normal situation -- that it is out of control, as such, or out of normality, and visa liberalisation. Both are under way, so even this of visa liberalisation, is not that we quickly long for ourselves, it is not our decision. I said a couple of times, we're going straight, it's not about the tax, remember that. It is a separate contract that Kosovo has had with the EU, it is not related to the tax, it is fair to the citizens of the country. I believe we will receive visa liberalisation in a future, not too far away, at least not what the High Commission has said in Pristina. So, we're aiming to get right now before New Year's Eve, immediately after New Year's, is our right”, Haradinaj said.
He has once again suggested that the tax on Serbian goods will not be lifted until the recognition of Kosovo by Serbia.
Kosovo can no longer be at the mercy of others. Kosovo its decisions, its works will present itself. I believe everyone will be convinced that this tax work is not only not going to be removed, but that every time it has to be consolidated as Kosovo's position. No matter who is minister, or prime minister or anyone else, but there is no change until recognition of”, he has said.
