Reviewing this decision comes after last week's request by the Public Administration Ministry (MAP) Government. This is after the Court of Appeals has confirmed the violations committed during the recruiting of this position.

The newspaper “Koha Ditore” reported today that the Court of Appeals has confirmed the Constitutional Court's decision, which had concluded that the process of recruiting for director of the Employment Agency (APRK) has been forwarded with irregularities.
Through an act released days earlier, the Court of Appeals has rejected the government's complaint, the Ministry of Public Administration (MAP), as well as the Ministry of Labour and Social Management (MPMS) against the Constitutional Court's decision, which had ruled violations during the recruiting of this position.
In April 2017, the director of the Employment Agency, operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Goodness, was elected Drin Charachia.
After his election, counterCandidate, Derfrem Rifaj, had filed complaints with the Independent Council for the Kosovo Civil Service (KPMSHCK), claiming the whole process for this position has been manipulated. The council in September last year had made final decision to cancel the contest. And since the decision had not been implemented by the Government, Rifaj had presented the case to the Constitutional Court as well.
This court, in January, has issued a ruling on the final issue of Creditor Rifaj against the debtor: The Government of Kosovo, the Ministry of Public Administration, and the Ministry of Labour and Social Management. Even though these three institutions had filed complaints, the Court of Appeals in November through an act has described him as baseless, taking the Constitutional Court's decision to be fair.
